1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Youthlane and your purchase of products from our online store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you’re legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your place of residence. If you place an order for someone else, you confirm that you’re authorized to do so.

3. Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and product details accurately. Colours and images may appear differently depending on your device.

For K-pop albums and merchandise, packaging, album versions, photocards, posters, and other inclusions may vary according to the manufacturer, label, or distributor. Random or pre-selected versions will be described on the product page.

For skincare products, please review the ingredients and usage instructions before purchasing. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek professional medical advice when appropriate.

4. Prices, taxes, and availability

Prices are displayed in CAD / USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, correct pricing or listing errors, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or information was incorrect. If we cancel your order, we’ll refund any amount you paid for the cancelled item.

5. Orders and payment

After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we received your order but doesn’t guarantee that the order will be accepted or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or payment problems. If your payment has already been processed, we’ll issue a refund for the cancelled order or item.

6. Pre-orders

Items marked PRE-ORDER are not currently in stock. The estimated release or shipping date is shown on the product page and may change because of delays from the label, distributor, or supplier.

Payment for pre-order items is processed when the order is placed. You may request cancellation before the pre-order ships by contacting us at help.youthlaneca@yahoo.com.

If a release is cancelled or significantly delayed, we’ll contact you with the available options, which may include cancellation and a refund.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together once all items are available.

7. Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. That policy explains eligibility requirements for albums, merchandise, skincare products, damaged items, incorrect orders, and pre-orders.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements, belongs to Youthlane or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without written permission.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, use another person’s payment details without permission, or use our content for unlawful purposes.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. We aren’t responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites and services.

We may update product information, prices, availability, website content, and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. If an error affects an order you placed, we’ll contact you and provide the options available under applicable law.

13. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youthlane isn’t responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or legal protections that can’t be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
